Snowdrifts may form in the northern part of the Kirov region.

      Amateur meteorologists reported on a new snow cover that may form in the Kirov region. According to the public group "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov," the ECMWF model predicts snow cover for the next four days.

      "The model suggests snowfall of up to 18 cm in the northern part of the region and up to 5-7 cm in the south. In Kirov itself, the current calculations indicate that snow cover will not form," noted the amateur meteorologists. On May 16, it will warm up to +26℃ in Kirov. Over the weekend, temperatures in Kirov will rise to +26 degrees, and next week to +30. The first decade of June in the Kirov region may be warmer than normal.
