Women's power: nearly 200 women from Kirov have registered for the "preliminary" event of the United Russia party.

      As of 5 PM on May 14, there are 350 candidates registered from the Kirov region on the preliminary voting website of "United Russia." We remind you that the "preliminary voting" will take place for candidates for the State Duma deputies from our region, candidates for the deputies of the Kirov Regional Legislative Assembly, and candidates for the Kirovo-Chepetsk City Duma of the seventh convocation. It is noteworthy that there are more female candidates registered for the preliminary voting than male candidates: 198 and 152, respectively. Regarding party affiliation, among the registered candidates, 200 are members of "United Russia," 43 candidates are marked as "party supporters," and there are 107 non-partisan individuals.

      In terms of territorial groups, 112 candidates are registered, with the most numerous being territorial group No. 6, which has 15 candidates. The least numerous are territorial groups No. 3 and No. 8, each with 9 candidates. As for single-member districts, the Kirovo-Chepetsk single-member district No. 17 has the most candidates. In the Kirovo-Chepetsk single-member district No. 22, there is only one candidate registered (elections for the Kirovo-Chepetsk City Duma). Among the Kirov single-member districts, district No. 23 leads with 9 candidates (elections for the Regional Legislative Assembly). Among the district constituencies, the most numerous for candidates for the Regional Legislative Assembly is the Orlovsky single-member electoral district No. 8, with 10 candidates. "On the lists" without a group, there are 12 individuals across all electoral procedures.

      The State Duma is feminine

      In the lists of candidates for the preliminary voting of United Russia for the State Duma, there is a similar "female distribution." From the Kirov region, 17 women and 12 men are registered. The most numerous is the Kirov single-member district No. 106, which has 9 individuals registered. In the Kirov single-member district No. 107, there is one less: 8 candidates. "On the lists," 12 individuals are registered.

      We remind you that the current State Duma deputy from the Kirov region, Rakhim Azimov, who has represented our region in the State Duma of the Russian Federation for 10 years, has registered for the primaries from the Moscow region. Another "Kirov" deputy of the State Duma, Oleg Valenchuk, has registered as a candidate for the deputies of the Regional Legislative Assembly from territorial group No. 4. Thus, the new composition of the State Duma deputies from the Kirov region will have completely different names and faces. Out of the 29 candidates for the preliminary voting "for the State Duma," only a few of the most recognizable can be named, whose names are, so to speak, "on everyone's lips": Andrey Berezin (LLC firm "Globus"), Boris Vesnin (deputy director of the KCHHK branch), and Vladislav Golovin (head of the main staff of "Yunarmiya," participant of the SVO with the call sign "Struna").
