      May 9th is a special day for every family, for our entire country. On this holiday, we are united by memory, gratitude, and pride for the generation of people who, at the cost of incredible efforts and immense losses, defended the Motherland and gave us the opportunity to live under a peaceful sky. We bow our heads before the courage of the front-line soldiers, the workers on the home front, the residents of besieged Leningrad, and all those who went through the most severe trials of war. Their resilience, strength of spirit, and faith in Victory will forever remain an example of true love for their country.
