In the enforcement department of the Nagorsky district, the enforcement proceedings against a 32-year-old local resident have been completed. The woman owed 220,000 rubles in loans and had not taken any real steps to repay the debt for a long time.
The debtor did not communicate with the bailiff, missed calls, and only occasionally transferred symbolic amounts — from 10 to 50 rubles. Such payments did not even cover the interest but were formally considered as fulfillment. The woman did not respond to warnings about the consequences.
The bailiff conducted a standard check of the debtor's property status: he sent requests to banks, registration authorities, and for income. During this work, it was discovered that the debtor owned a Volkswagen car. However, the car was actually used by her father.
The vehicle was declared wanted. As soon as the woman learned about this and realized that she could lose the car, she quickly transferred the entire amount of the debt. In addition, the enforcement fee was paid. The proceedings were closed due to actual fulfillment.
