The Karin Torfa school will renovate the assembly hall and three classrooms.
According to the documentation on the public procurement portal, the work is planned to be completed within 60 working days from the date of contract signing. Applications are accepted from April 24 to May 4. The warranty for all work will be 24 months.
From the project documentation, it follows that the floors in the assembly hall (area of about 86 sq. m) will be completely replaced: after dismantling the old boards and beams, a clay aggregate will be laid, followed by a cement screed. The main part of the hall will be covered with porcelain stoneware tiles measuring 60×60 cm, while linoleum will be laid on the stage (about 37 sq. m).
The walls and ceiling will be leveled with gypsum plaster and painted with water-emulsion acrylic paint, and the old wooden baseboards will be replaced with plastic (PVC) ones with a cable channel.
In three offices No. 16, 22, and 23, the floors will also be updated, laying the same linoleum without porcelain stoneware, and the walls and ceilings will be repainted. In addition, in offices No. 16 and No. 22, the joints between the ceiling slabs will be repaired. The contractor is obliged to pack, load, and remove all construction debris to a distance of up to 40 km.
