The head of Slobodskoy, Irina Zhelvakova, reported on her social media page about a fire. It occurred on the evening of April 27 at the Vega shopping center on Sovetskaya, 66. Information about the fire was received by the unified duty dispatch service at 21:33. Five emergency service units were dispatched to the scene and began extinguishing the fire. Soon they eliminated the blaze. The cause of the fire is still unknown. This morning, April 28, the regional emergency management office reported that there were two fires in the Kirov region over the past day. In the village of Verkhnyaya Toyma in the Vyatskopolyansky district, a private residential house on Podgornaya Street was engulfed in flames, and in Slobodskoy on Sovetskaya, a commercial building was affected.
