The family was registered as needing new housing, but the resettlement dragged on for years. As noted by the supervisory authority, local government bodies did not take the necessary measures for a long time to improve the living conditions of citizens. As a result, the prosecutor went to court demanding that the administration provide the family with adequate housing. The court supported the agency's position. After that, the decision was executed — the applicant and her children were provided with a new apartment.
