      The house on Naberezhnaya Street, where the applicant lived with her minor children under a social rental agreement, was recognized as emergency housing back in late 2017. The family was registered as needing new housing, but the resettlement dragged on for years. As noted by the supervisory authority, local government bodies did not take the necessary measures for a long time to improve the living conditions of citizens. As a result, the prosecutor went to court demanding that the administration provide the family with adequate housing. The court supported the agency's position. After that, the decision was executed — the applicant and her children were provided with a new apartment.
