However, data from open sources paints a different picture. The legal entity that actually manages the gas station in Shikhovo is LLC "ST Group" (TIN 4345522365). The company is registered in Kirov on Marshal Konev Street, not in Tatarstan. Its sole founder and director is Lydia Ivanovna Trukhina, a Kirov entrepreneur. The organization has no branches or representative offices.
According to data as of April 2026, the staff of LLC "ST Group" consists of only one person. Financial indicators for 2025: revenue — 127.4 million rubles (growth of 5%), net profit — minus 19 thousand rubles (a decline of 102% compared to a profit of 1.2 million in 2024). The ratio of borrowed to own funds is 16.83, indicating a high debt burden. The autonomy ratio is 0.04 (the share of equity capital is extremely small).
Also, Trukhina L.I. has been managing a related legal entity — LLC "ST-Oil" (TIN 4345529459) since February 2024, which is engaged in the distribution of liquefied hydrocarbon gases and is registered at the same address.
Currently, LLC "ST Group" has two cases in arbitration: one as a plaintiff (lost), the other as a defendant. The company's tax debt as of February 2026 was 16.6 thousand rubles.
Formally, the gas station operates under the "Tatneft" brand. However, legally it is not an operational subsidiary of the Tatarstan company, but a local microenterprise with signs of financial instability. Whether this will affect the operation of the gas station remains to be seen with time and further inspections.
It is also unknown where and of what quality the gasoline sold under the "Tatneft" brand at the gas station in Shikhovo is purchased.
