The Ministry of Emergency Situations has published a weather warning.
According to the Kirov Central Hydrometeorological Service, worsening weather conditions are expected in the region over the next 24 hours. Rain is forecasted in some areas, thunderstorms are possible, and wind gusts may reach 18–23 meters per second.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations warns that such weather increases the risk of falling trees and weakly reinforced structures, as well as power line outages.
Residents of the Kirov region are advised to take precautions: avoid being near power lines and not to leave vehicles near them, as well as to steer clear of hazardous objects during bad weather. In case of an emergency, call 112.
