The Ministry of Digital Development has expanded the "white lists."
The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation announced the expansion of the "white list" - a list of online resources that remain accessible during mobile internet outages for security reasons. The updated list includes websites, IT services, and applications from various sectors. In particular, the "white list" has been supplemented by:
the volunteer search and rescue team "LizaAlert" and the non-profit organization Dobro.rf
the All-Russian Popular Front
the Russian Society "Knowledge"
the clinics "Medsi" and "Mother and Child"
the online encyclopedia "Ruviki"
Roskachestvo
JSC "GLONASS"
Gazprombank
the hypermarkets "Lenta" and "Okey"
the delivery service "Dostavista"
the fast food chain "Dodo Pizza"
the car-sharing services "Delimobil" and "Belkacar"
the online cinema Premier
the telecom operators "VTB-Mobile" and Next mobile
the TV channel 360°, the parliamentary television "Duma TV," and the channel Solovyov Live
the online media Sport24
the companies "Rosatom," "Rostec," "Rosneft," and "Norilsk Nickel"
the IT companies 1C, "Trukonf," "Digital Solutions of Regions"
the HR electronic document management platform HRlink

The agency noted that this list is not final. The Ministry of Digital Development is constantly working to expand the "white list." Currently, there are more than 500 Russian services on the "white list." The list is also being supplemented with online resources proposed by federal and regional authorities, guided by their significance.
