Flooding has been recorded in: 25 residential areas — in the Vyatskopolyansky, Kilmizsky, Malmyzhsky, Soviet districts, and in the city of Kirov; 2 low-water bridges — in the Kiknur and Opalinsky districts; 8 sections of local roads — in the Vyatskopolyansky, Opalinsky, Soviet districts, and in Kirov. Emergency response teams from local government and fire-rescue units are on duty in the flooded areas. Targeted assistance has been organized. The life support of the population in the flood zone has not been disrupted, and evacuation is not required.
