The Prosecutor's Office of the Oktyabrsky District of Kirov checked compliance with anti-corruption legislation and identified violations that require prosecutorial response measures.
As reported by the agency, it was established that a former bailiff was hired as a design engineer by an individual entrepreneur. "Contrary to the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, information about the conclusion of an employment contract with the former civil servant was not sent within the established time frame to his previous place of service — the regional department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia," noted the Prosecutor's Office of Kirov Region.
An administrative case was initiated against the individual entrepreneur under Article 19.29 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (engaging in labor activity of a former municipal employee holding a position included in a special list, in violation of anti-corruption legislation). The outcome of this "administrative case" was a fine of 20,000 rubles imposed on the individual entrepreneur.
