Unlike Kirov, no significant changes are expected in Kirovo-Chepetsk — it will still be governed by the head of the municipal formation (who is also the head of the administration) and the head of the Duma. However, it is stipulated that the head of the municipality will simultaneously hold state and municipal positions and that the term of his powers will be five years.
Those wishing to make changes to the draft Charter can submit their proposals within 20 days from the date of its publication.
