An emergency house may collapse in Kirov.
In August 2025, a sewage pipe burst in the basement of building No. 4G on Khlunovskaya Street. Waste began to flow and accumulate under the house, causing a specific smell in the apartments, and later, insects appeared. It became impossible to use the bathroom or take a bath: all the contents flowed outside. Only in November did the management company employees arrive at the house with new pipes. However, they did not carry out any repairs but left the pipes in one of the apartments, as reported by the regional branch of the ONF. The management company employees also dug a deep trench, exposing the foundation of the house, and then simply disappeared.
Four months have passed since then, and all this time the foundation of the house has been getting wet from sewage waste flowing from under the building. Residents fear that this could cause the house to collapse, especially since the building has already been declared emergency.
The residents of the house tried to deal with the "management company" on their own, but it did not work out. "Measures need to be taken urgently. There is a real risk of the house collapsing here. We have sent a request to the prosecutor's office," noted the ONF in the Kirov region.
Recall that we have previously written about the activities of the management company "Remprofit." Thus, due to the inaction of this company, residents of at least three other apartment buildings have suffered. In the house at Kirova, 28 in Novovyatsk, the management company did not clear the snow from the roof, which led to flooding of residential apartments on the upper floors. The same happened in the house at Maiskaya, 2. Residents of the house at Kalinina, 59 were afraid to leave the entrance due to a one-and-a-half-meter icicle hanging down and huge ice on the roof.
