Landscape design courses — a new perspective on yard improvement

Courses on floral design and landscaping of courtyard areas provide everyone interested with the opportunity to gain knowledge in the field of landscape design completely free of charge. Under the guidance of experienced designer Nadezhda Perevozchkova, participants study the subtleties and nuances of arranging flower beds near the entrances of apartment buildings. The training began in an online format, which allowed for a large number of listeners to be attracted, regardless of their location.

In February, classes transitioned to a practical format. Participants began working in mini-groups, which facilitated deeper interaction and exchange of experiences. This approach allowed not only to absorb theoretical knowledge but also to apply it in practice, creating real projects for courtyard improvement.

      — Thank you very much to Oleg Valenchuk for such courses, — says participant Lyudmila Orlova. — Even though I have a lot of gardening experience, I learned a lot of new and interesting information in the classes.

By the final classes, which took place for all groups at the end of March, each graduate of the courses developed a diploma project that is a real proposal for a specific courtyard. These projects will be implemented in the current season, and some of them have already begun to come to life, adding bright accents to the everyday life of the townspeople.

Creating a flower bed at the entrance or a small green area is not just landscaping. As Oleg Valenchuk notes, such small projects can unite neighbors, create a friendly atmosphere, and bring joyful moments into everyday life. They help to form communities where residents begin to actively interact with each other, sharing experiences and ideas.

      — I am confident that the graduates of the courses will make their worthy contribution to the improvement of the urban environment, and this year our native Vyatka will once again shine with bright colors, — says Oleg Valenchuk.
