To facilitate communication between residents of the Kirov region and management companies, common house chats have been created in the MAX messenger. The chats are established for all apartment buildings in the Kirov region. This was reported by the head of the State Housing Inspection of the Kirov region, Alena Dudnikova.
"In the chat, you can address management issues for your home: ask questions to the service organization, post general announcements from the management company regarding work in your building, communicate with neighbors, and make joint decisions about the arrangement of your home," says Alena Dudnikova.
To find your building's chat, you need to go to the "Gosuslugi.Dom" app, where in your apartment's card there is a link to the chat. You can also request the link from your management organization.
