The wait for the water supply is over: after three years, showers will be launched at "Labor Reserves."
The epic saga of the amenities at the "Labor Reserves" stadium is nearing completion. In May, contractors will begin laying water supply and sewage networks to the modular building, which has been idle for three years.
Let us remind you that the facility with shower cabins, sinks, and restrooms was built in 2023. The project cost the budget 7.5 million rubles. However, athletes could not use it as intended: the connection to utilities was not included in the contract, leaving the building cut off from water and sewage.
The absurdity of the situation was revealed after parents of young football players contacted the president's hotline. They reported that about 600 children could not even wash their hands after training. At that time, the toilet was a street booth in terrible condition. Meanwhile, a year earlier, in 2021, the stadium had its football field and running tracks renovated for 65 million rubles. However, the infrastructure for hygiene was absent.
The People's Front got involved in solving the problem. Public activists secured a promise from the regional Ministry of Sports to address the utility issues specifically in 2026. The promise turned into a contract: the customer for the work will be the "Dynamo" sports school, with funding amounting to 6.9 million rubles.
Contractors will begin work in May. They promise to complete the connections by the start of the new school year. If the schedule is not disrupted, then this fall, the building constructed three years ago will finally operate as a full-fledged sanitary and technical complex.

A modular building with changing rooms and restrooms, constructed at the stadium back in 2023, will finally be connected to engineering networks. The regional Ministry of Sports allocated 6.9 million rubles to ensure that the long-delayed project is no longer a useless box, and athletes won't have to wash their hands outside.
