The entrepreneur hid the accident with his driver for a year.

      On April 19, 2025, an employee of individual entrepreneur Konopleva N.I. was involved in a traffic accident. For almost a year, the employer concealed the fact of the employee's serious injury.

      As it turned out during the investigation, the driver was transporting bakery products from Sovetsk to Orichi in the employer's vehicle when the accident occurred, resulting in severe injuries. The incident was classified as serious; however, the employer did not send a notification about it to the State Labor Inspectorate, indicating a concealment of the incident.

      During the inspection, violations were also established on the part of the entrepreneur: the employee did not undergo training in labor protection and was not provided with personal protective equipment in full.

      As a result of the investigation, the employer was instructed to formalize and approve an accident report in the form N-1. The cause of the incident was cited as violations of traffic rules by other participants, but violations of labor protection requirements by the employer were also recognized as established.
