A Kirov resident hit a police officer and tried to "settle the issue" for 15 thousand.

      According to the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov Region, the incident occurred in October 2025 in one of the houses on Ivan Popov Street. Police officers discovered a woman and her partner in a state of alcohol intoxication, having committed an administrative offense. Not wanting to take responsibility, the Kirov resident offered the PPS inspectors a bribe of 15,000 rubles. The police refused the money and reported the incident to the duty unit. After that, the woman continued her unlawful actions and punched one of the police officers in the face. A criminal case has been initiated against her on charges of attempting to give a bribe and using violence against a representative of the authorities. The accused fully admitted her guilt. The investigation is now complete, and the case materials have been sent to court for substantive consideration.
