      The incident occurred on August 30, 2025, in the village of Olintsy. As established by the supervisory authority, the owner of the apiary did not fence off the area with the bees, violating veterinary requirements. As a result, the insects were effectively uncontrolled. One of the bees stung a child in the neck. The boy experienced severe pain and was also taken to the hospital with an allergic swelling. The prosecutor's office of the Lenin district filed a lawsuit demanding compensation for moral damages from the apiary owner. The court supported the claims. As a result, 30,000 rubles were awarded in favor of the minor. The enforcement of the decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
