      Today, the head of the Kirov administration, Vyacheslav Simakov, announced that he handed keys to apartments in the new building on Pushkin to orphaned children. Many of them plan to move in by the New Year. The new building has 44 apartments. The authorities purchased them from the developer "Kirovsky SSK" under a shared participation agreement. All apartments have been finished.
