A 36-year-old resident of Kirov was found guilty of publicly displaying Nazi symbols. The incident occurred in May 2025, when he showed other people a tattoo on his leg with a prohibited image at a stadium on Leningradskaya Street. The investigation established that the convicted individual had already been held administratively responsible in October 2024 for a similar violation.
