      Recently, the prosecutor's office of the Yuryansky district uncovered the fact of illegal transfer of a land plot into private ownership. According to specialists, a portion of land measuring over 47 square meters, located by the Vyatka River, was unlawfully transferred to a local resident. This restricted the rights of other people to freely access the river. The prosecutor filed a lawsuit demanding the return of the plot to the ownership of the Russian Federation. The court granted the claim. The prosecutor's office promises to monitor the implementation of the court's decision.
