The case of a fatal traffic accident involving a bus has gone to court.
A fatal traffic accident occurred on the evening of February 13 at the intersection of Voroсkogo and Karl Marx streets. The driver of bus route No. 39 hit a pedestrian while turning. As a result, a 62-year-old resident of Kirov died.
A criminal case has been initiated against the 43-year-old resident of Kirov who was driving the bus. He is charged under Part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles). The criminal case has been sent to the Lenin District Court for substantive consideration.
