On the morning of June 2, a residential building on Pervomaiskaya Street in Yaran'sk caught fire. The report of the fire was received by emergency services at 9:35. Emergency Ministry personnel arrived at the scene promptly.
The fire damaged the roof of the building over an area of about 60 square meters, as well as the ceiling, walls, and floor in one of the apartments. Thanks to the quick work of the firefighters, the blaze was extinguished in a short time.
According to preliminary reports, the cause of the fire may have been a malfunction of the stove and chimney. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.
