A button for reporting fraud will appear in banking apps.

      Starting October 1, mobile applications of major banks will feature a special function for promptly informing about fraudulent transfers. The Bank of Russia has mandated credit organizations to add this functionality. Additionally, clients will be able to obtain an electronic certificate of a suspicious transaction to present to the police.

      Also, from October 1, all banks will be required to accept requests from citizens who transferred cash through ATMs to the accounts of fraudsters using tokenized cards, even if they are not clients of the bank.
