Rosreestr blocked more than 450 websites that were selling data from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN).

      In addition, during that period 47 mirror sites of the public cadastral map and 26 Telegram channels reselling data from the real estate registry were blocked. In 2025 alone, 47 sites impersonating Rosreestr resources, 17 mirror sites of the Public Cadastral Map (PKK) and 13 Telegram channels were restricted.

      The agency notes that using such resources is associated with a high risk of obtaining unreliable information and distorted cartographic data, which creates conditions for fraud and violates current legislation.

      Rosreestr reminds that official extracts from the EGRN can be obtained via the Rosreestr and PPK “Roskadastr” websites, the Gosuslugi portal, regional Gosuslugi portals and at MFCs.

Since 2020, Rosreestr, together with prosecutorial authorities, has managed to block 452 cloned websites that were illegally selling information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the Rosreestr Office for the Kirov Region reported.
