On December 28 in Kirov, 71-year-old Lyudmila Anfilatova (Shurygina) went missing.
Identifying features: height 160 centimeters, medium build, chestnut hair and gray-blue eyes. She was wearing a dark coat with a fur hood, black leggings, black boots and a black beret. She had a bag with her.
Lyudmila needs medical assistance and is disoriented. Volunteers ask: "Please look around, in building entrances—Lyudmila Grigoryevna may be near you."
