Rakhim Azimov spoke about the results of the State Duma's autumn session.
The budget provides funding for all of the state's social obligations. An indexation of pensions, social payments and the salaries of public-sector employees is planned — exceeding the inflation rate. Necessary resources are also allocated to ensure the country's defense capabilities and internal security.
Special attention has been paid to supporting participants in the special military operation and their families. As Rakhim Azimov noted, in 2025 thirty laws were adopted to support participants in the special military operation and their family members. More than 50 billion rubles will be allocated to assist around 400,000 fighters and their families. One billion rubles is allocated annually to expand access to prosthetic and orthopedic care for people with disabilities, including participants in the special military operation. More than three billion rubles are provided for the creation of high-tech prosthetics and rehabilitation centers. At least ten such centers are planned to open next year.
Additional funding is directed towards the development of transport infrastructure, support for the agro-industrial complex, and the continuation of social gasification. About 500 billion rubles are allocated to support large families. Spending on children's initiatives has been increased by 6% and will amount to 11 trillion rubles.
The minimum wage will increase by more than 20% from 2025 — to 27,000 rubles. From January 1, insurance pensions will be indexed by 7.6%.
The State Duma also responded promptly to new challenges and issues of concern to citizens. Ten federal laws aimed at combating cybercrime and strengthening measures to counter fraud have been adopted, State Duma deputy Rakhim Azimov added.
