A 9-year-old girl was injured in a traffic accident involving a bus.
On December 25 at about 7:40 a.m., a road traffic accident occurred at 172 Sovetskaya Street in the Novovyatsky District of Kirov involving a PAZ route bus and a Nissan Almera.
According to the State Traffic Inspectorate, the bus was driven by a 55-year-old man, and the passenger car was driven by a 34-year-old woman. As a result of the collision, the Nissan’s driver and her passenger — a 9-year-old girl — were injured. The circumstances of the accident are being established, and an investigation into the crash is underway.
Traffic police officers remind drivers of the need to observe speed limits taking into account weather and road conditions, and to be especially careful when passing through intersections.
