Industrial parks in Kirov lack tenants.

      Today the government announced that the Development Corporation is inviting local manufacturers to locate in industrial parks. This concerns the Slobodino and Vyatskiye Polyany industrial parks. Officials noted that they have everything necessary — gas, water, wastewater disposal, parking lots and much more — and that residents will receive tax incentives. Land plots will be provided to them for sublease on favorable terms, as the government noted. In addition, a preferential period for payment of services may be established for some companies for six months. Recall that recently deputy Albert Bikaluk spoke about the problems of the industrial parks. Among other things, he referred to the fact that there is practically no one to work there now.
