Recently in Kirov, at around 6:00 p.m., an alarm signal was received at the Rosgvardiya security dispatch from a shop on Moskovskaya Street. Rosgvardiya officers rushed to the scene.
At the scene, the store's security guard approached the law enforcement officers. He pointed to one of the customers and said that, when reviewing CCTV footage, he had seen a man who appeared to be the same person come to the store 17 days earlier, take alcohol and groceries worth more than 1,500 rubles, and then leave without paying for the items.
The Rosgvardiya officers detained the Kirov resident, born in 1974, and handed him over to the police for further investigation.
