A massive traffic jam has formed on Oktyabrsky Prospekt in Kirov heading toward the city center. According to Yandex.Traffic, the avenue is at a standstill from the Metallurgists' Palace of Culture to the trolleybus depot. The cause of the congestion was an accident: near the "Lepse Square" stop a passenger car collided with a Kamaz truck. Judging by photos from the scene, the accident is not serious: the truck and a Suzuki sideswiped each other.
