The prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection and found that postponing the resettlement for several years was a violation of the elderly citizen’s rights. After that, a lawsuit was filed demanding that the Kirov administration be required to provide the man with equivalent, properly equipped housing. The court fully granted the prosecutor’s claims. Now the enforcement of the decision and the provision of new housing to the pensioner are under the supervision of the oversight authority.
