Most working residents of Kirov are willing to leave for competitors for better pay.
According to the survey, 75% of Kirov residents are willing to switch to competitors under favorable conditions, and 5% — even under any conditions, just to leave their current job. Only 8% of participants were categorically opposed to such a move.
Men generally show a greater willingness to change (81% vs. 70% of women), however it is women who more often consider work–life balance — they place more importance on a convenient schedule, proximity of the office to home and the option to work remotely.
The main reason Kirov residents are willing to change employers is a high salary. This factor was named by 89% of respondents. Also among the key motivators are promotion (50%), a convenient schedule (43%) and additional bonuses from the employer (42%).
In addition, many want the new job to provide company-funded training, be closer to home and include more interesting tasks.
