A new standard for housing costs was approved in Kirov.
According to the decree of November 7, the cost of one "square" was set at 93,915 rubles. The document was published on the website of the Kirov city administration. The rate is used to calculate the amount of the social payment to young families participating in the subprogram "Providing Housing for Young Families of the Municipal Formation 'City of Kirov' for 2020–2030." The document was adopted in accordance with Order No. 563/pr of the Ministry of Construction of Russia dated September 22, 2025, which determined the average market cost per square meter of housing by federal subjects for the fourth quarter of 2025. The decree was signed by the acting head of the Kirov city administration, Dmitry Pechyonkin.
