Tax service branches will be closed in three districts of Kirov Oblast.
From December 1, 2025, the Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia for the Kirov Region will cease operations at three separate offices at once — in Yaransk, Urzhum and Belaya Kholunitsa. According to the regional office of the agency, these are subdivision No. 10 (Yaransk, 2 Severnaya St.), No. 11 (Urzhum, 68 Yelkina St.) and No. 12 (Belaya Kholunitsa, 4 Glazyrina St.).
The tax authority emphasizes that the closure of the separate offices will not affect taxpayers’ rights or worsen the quality of service. Residents of these districts will be able to obtain all necessary services and consultations remotely — through online services on the website or on the Unified State Services Portal.
Today, the FTS of Russia's website operates more than 70 electronic services, including the most in-demand:
"Personal Taxpayer Account for Individuals"
"Personal Account for Individual Entrepreneurs"
"Taxpayer's Personal Account for Legal Entities."
For those who prefer to receive services offline, the option to contact the nearest Multifunctional Center (MFC) remains. An agreement has been concluded between the FTS regional office and the Kirov regional MFCs, under which the centers' specialists provide 30 types of tax services.
In addition, after the offices close, mobile tax offices will operate; they will be set up at sites provided by municipal administrations. They will travel to the districts so that residents can receive consultations and complete the necessary documents on site.
Also, residents of the Kirov region can contact any other subdivision of the regional FTS, where services are provided on an extraterritorial basis — regardless of place of registration.
