The Kaliningrad–Yekaterinburg flight made an unscheduled landing in Kirov.
As reported by the AviaIncident channel, on October 23 a passenger became ill on a Ural Airlines aircraft en route from Kaliningrad to Yekaterinburg. This happened at around 21:00.
The aircraft commander decided to make an unscheduled landing at Pobedilovo airfield in Kirov. The plane landed there shortly thereafter.
An ambulance crew arrived on the scene. Medics pronounced the passenger dead. After 22:00 the aircraft departed for its destination airfield.
