Nine fires occurred in Kirov Oblast over the past 24 hours.

      On October 17, the fire and rescue units of the Kirov Region extinguished nine fires. The blazes occurred both in the regional center and in the districts.

      In Kirov, a fire broke out on Sovremennaya Street; part of an apartment measuring nine square meters caught fire. In Belaya Kholunitsa, the flames engulfed a residential house and an annex with a total area of about 180 square meters. In the settlement of Darovskoy, on Zarechnaya Street, a private house and outbuildings burned across an area of 120 square meters.
