In Kirov, at the railway station, a train passenger attacked a police officer.

      In August of this year, on the Moscow–Vladivostok train at Kirov station, a 22-year-old passenger from Solikamsk attacked a police officer. According to the Central Interregional Investigative Directorate for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the man used violence against the commander of a patrol and post service unit who was on duty. The unlawful actions were quickly suppressed by a police detachment. A criminal case has been opened against the passenger on charges of using violence against a representative of authority. Investigators are now establishing all the circumstances of the incident and collecting evidence.
