The use of "Flagman" as a nightclub has been banned in Kirov.

      Earlier the prosecutor's office of the Oktyabrsky District of Kirov conducted an inspection and found that a nightclub called "Flagman" had been operating in apartment building No. 78 on Profsoyuznaya, whose owners and employees repeatedly violated the law on quiet hours. They were held administratively liable eight times for this. In addition, they allowed minors to be present in the club, and even at night. Patrons of the establishment, after drinking, often began to get rowdy and break the law.

      In connection with this, the prosecutor's office went to court, demanding a ban on using the premises as a nightclub. The court of first instance found no grounds for this. The prosecutor's office then appealed the decision. The panel of the regional court found its claims lawful and justified and upheld the prosecutor's claim.

      Recall that the above-mentioned premises were very recently put up for sale. Whether a buyer has been found is not yet known.
