Rosgvardiya officers detained four troublemakers.

      On the evening of October 1, an alarm signal came from a sauna on Stakhanovskaya Street in Kirov. A 20-year-old man was found at the scene whose actions amounted to petty hooliganism. He was taken to Police Department No. 1.

      On the evening of October 2, an alarm came from a bar on Vorovskogo Street. Rosgvardiya officers found a 42-year-old woman in the establishment who was disturbing patrons and staff. She was also taken to the police.

      On the night of October 3, an "alarm" signal came from a shot bar on Moskovskaya Street. Rosgvardiya officers detained a 53-year-old man whom the staff had been unable to calm down on their own. He was taken to the police department.

      Additionally, during the day on October 2 on Kirov Street in Urzhum, Rosgvardiya officers noticed a 36-year-old man who was violating public order. He was handed over to the police.

      It should be noted that offenders face administrative penalties — from fines to arrest.
