The administration of Kirov has announced an auction for the right to conclude a contract for the comprehensive development of an undeveloped plot in Microdistrict No. 11 of the Urvantsevo residential district. The land plot covers almost 3.9 thousand sq. m. The contract's starting price is 2.59 million rubles. Applications are accepted until October 1, and the auction will be held on October 6, 2025.
Under the draft contract, the auction winner will be required to develop the plot with a multi-storey residential building with built-in premises for public use. The minimum total area of the facility is 8.1 thousand sq. m. The ground floor of the building is to accommodate a supplementary education institution with a capacity of 204 places (648 sq. m).
In addition to constructing the building, the developer is required to carry out site improvement: create access roads, sidewalks, parking spaces, children's and sports playgrounds, landscaping and lighting. The project must be completed within 6 years from the date of signing the contract.
