According to the Unified Developers' Resource, from January to August 2025 in Kirov Oblast the company «Кировспецмонтаж» completed the most housing — 23.5 thousand sq. meters. Its market share amounted to over 30%. Second place was taken by the company «Железно» with 18.1 thousand sq. meters. In third place was «КИНО Девелопмент», which completed more than 7.4 thousand sq. meters of housing. The top ten also included «ГК Авитек», «Стройсоюз», «СМУ-5», «ГС Недвижимость», the firm «Маяковская», «СЗ СМУ-16» and «Спецзастройщик Сретенский на Дерендеева».
