Information about the sale of non-residential premises No. 1001, which is located in house No. 5 on Mendeleeva Street, has been published on the website of the Kirov mayor’s office. As stated in the documents, the premises are being sold together with movable property. However, what that movable property consists of is not specified.
The area of the premises is 319.9 square meters. It has a separate entrance from the courtyard, and the ceiling height is 2.33 meters. The building in which this basement is being sold was built in 1979. The starting price is 5,259,156 rubles, including VAT of 876,526 rubles.
The auction for the sale of the basement is scheduled for September 12. The last day to accept applications from potential buyers is September 8.
