The bailiffs from Kirov delivered the resident of Kirov to the Adler court.

The Bailiff Service of the Kirov Region received a court order from the Adler District Court for the forcible bringing of a Kirov resident to a court hearing regarding a criminal case against him under Part 1 of Article 282.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for public demonstration of a tattoo with Nazi symbols.

As reported by the region's Federal Bailiff Service, the Kirov resident had previously been held accountable for a similar offense. This time, in order to avoid punishment, the man repeatedly evaded court appearances for a year.

The Kirov bailiffs familiarized the defendant with the order and explained the next steps. After talking with the bailiffs, the man attempted to escape from authorities and even hid his passport in hopes of delaying the penalty. However, the fugitive was found and detained. During interaction with the Migration Service, the man's passport was restored within a short time, and the defendant was taken to the Adler District Court.

After reviewing the case, considering his previous sentences, the court sentenced the Kirov resident to one and a half years in prison.
