The girl hit by the UAZ will receive 30,000 rubles.

      On February 25th of last year, a UAZ driver hit a 13-year-old girl walking near house No. 12 on Lenin Street in Beloretsk settlement, Omutninsky District. As a result of the accident, the child sustained a bruise on her leg and a sprain.

      The offender was held administratively liable under Article 12.24 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules or rules for operating a vehicle, resulting in minor or moderate injury to the victim's health). At the same time, the issue of compensation for moral damages to the girl was not resolved.

      In connection with this, the prosecutor filed a corresponding claim in court. During the proceedings, a settlement agreement was reached between the parties. The prosecutor's claims were satisfied, and the motorist compensated the girl for moral damages in the amount of 30,000 rubles.
