The standard cost of a square meter of housing in Kirov has increased by 4,200 rubles per quarter.
The corresponding resolution was signed by the Head of the Kirov City Administration, Vyacheslav Simakov, on July 23, 2025. The document was adopted to implement the program for providing housing to young families, as well as for calculating the amount of social benefits. The new norm will be in effect throughout the third quarter of 2025 and applies, in particular, to the provision of state support for young families purchasing housing. In the second quarter of 2025, the norm for the cost per square meter in Kirov was 87,253 rubles. Thus, the quarterly increase was nearly 5%. It is worth recalling that, according to the Ministry of Construction, the average market price per square meter of housing in the Kirov region in the third quarter was 89,398 rubles.
