Every third Kirov resident wants to forget about work in the evenings.

      Imagine leaving work and completely forgetting about all tasks, projects, and meetings until the next morning. This hypothetical possibility was presented to respondents by the analytics of Tochka Bank and hh.ru. The study showed that 28% of working residents of Kirov Region would be willing to use such technology. Another 21% were undecided, and 52% would categorically refuse to erase their memory of work time.

      As the survey revealed, the idea is most supported by young people: 8% of Kirov residents aged 18 to 24 are definitely in favor of "separation," with another 16% leaning toward agreement. The older the age group, the more skeptics there are: among respondents aged 55+, 51% oppose the idea.

      The concept of "separation" resonates most with Z-generation members, for whom it is especially important to maintain personal boundaries and prevent work from fully consuming life.

      Among the main reasons why Kirov residents are willing to forget about work are the desire to disconnect completely from work calls and chats (49%), focus on themselves (43%), reduce emotional burnout (27%), and lower stress levels (25%).

      However, the technology also raises concerns. 59% of those surveyed fear that such a division could lead to a loss of personal integrity, and the same number worry about losing touch with reality. Another 56% are concerned about potential abuses by employers.

      The greatest support for the idea comes from lawyers (13%) and workers in trade, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service (each 9%). The technology is most opposed by builders (55%), scientists and educators (54%), and procurement specialists (52%). One in five Kirov residents regrets trusting their instincts when searching for a job.

      Kirov residents believe they need 204 thousand rubles per month to be happy.
