On July 16, Kirovsky District Court of Yaroslavl ordered the detention of former Kirov city manager and now former director of JSC "Yardormost" Dmitry Drany. According to Vedomosti, citing the regional court, the measure of restraint was chosen for two months — until September 14, 2025.
